I think that needs to be mentioned that “you don’t need to know it all” and also “you don’t necessarily need to be an expert in something”.

The first one being for those that have a FOMO on learning all the things online. There’s so much stuff out there about design that is possible to learn about anything, but is not really feasible to learn all the things and stay relevant in all of them. It’s ok not to know stuff.

The latter, even tho is probably less effective in getting you to “success” (ugh!) is much more effective in getting you to do what you like all the time and eventually finding what you want to be an expert in anyways! It’s ok to be a generalist as long as you’re happy with what you’re doing and adding value to someone.
